Add or correct an event
Listings are free. We publish only what the official event page shows, and we check every submission there before it goes live.
Submit or fix a listing
Email us to submit an event or a correction. Please include:
- Whether to add, correct or remove an event
- The event name and official event URL
- The dates
- What to add or change (CFP, early-bird, travel grants, price…)
- A source link for the change
Or write to hello@agentconfs.com directly. If you're correcting a listing, include the AgentConfs page link.
What we check
- The event is about AI, ML, data or agent engineering.
- The dates and location appear on the official page.
- Every field we publish (price, CFP, early-bird, travel grants, discount codes) has a source link.
- We don't list pay-to-publish or predatory academic events.
